Q: What mask size should I buy?
A: For a better fit, please measure the profile of the face from tip or peak of the nose to the chin area of the wearer. Here are our mask measurements:

Q: What are the specs of the mask and what are the materials used?
A: Our face masks are made with quilted triple-layer combination breathable cotton-polyester fabric. It comes with a pliable nose clip and a pocket for the filter insert. Your purchase also comes with one (1) free water-resistant filter per mask. The ear loops are elastic unless otherwise specified.

Q: Do I have to wash the face mask before using?
A: We highly recommend washing the face mask before using. Gentle hand-wash is suitable.

Q: Do you accept COD?
A: Yes. COD is accepted nationwide. LBC is used for provincial orders. NCR orders are made via Riders. You can also visit our other online shops which accept COD:

Q: Do you accept returns for face masks?
A: Due to hygiene concerns, face masks are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. Please check the size specs of the mask/s before finalizing your order.
